VerbalDefenseTactics.com offers several different levels of verbal self defense training with new, online formats coming soon.

Currently we provide the following seminars on an ongoing basis:

  • Introduction to Verbal Self Defense – a very short workshop which teaches participants only the basic 6 step model for verbally defending one’s self.
  • Basic Verbal Self Defense – a one day workshop which gives instruction in the main elements of good verbal self defense, however it does not allow enough time for students to actually practice the skills they learn.
  • Verbal Self Defense 101 – a 2 day comprehensive training class which gives students the chance to both learn and practice the variety of skills necessary to be an effective verbal defender.
  • Verbal Self Defense Instructor Training – a follow-up 2 day class that builds on the the skills developed in verbal self defense 101 and offers participants complete instruction in how to teach verbal self defense classes. This course includes everything from group rapport and developing new exercises to handling difficult students.
  • On-Site Training – as well, we also offer customized private verbal self defense seminars for companies and organizations that are looking to give their staff the skills necessary to build healthy work environments and handle difficult customers and clients in an appropriate and professional manner.
